• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Usage and Plan Limits

• Usage of Logtrail is subject to the limits of your selected plan (Free, Developer, Professional).
• Plans, pricing, and system limits are subject to change at any time.
• We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed their plan limits or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Data Privacy and Ownership

• You retain ownership of all log data you ingest into Logtrail.
• We will only use your data to provide the service and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your data does not contain prohibited information (e.g., illegal content).

6. Limitation of Liability

Logtrail is provided “as is” without any warranties. In no event shall Logtrail be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Logtrail immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
